Our Policies

*The school will follow the calendar provided by the Department Of Education. The school session will begin in April and close in March. Parents will be informed about the vacation calendar.

*School timings:

Summer 9.00 am- 12.30 pm

Winter 9.30 am – 1.00 pm

*The school will provide a list of carefully selected books that would support our pedagogy. The stationery kits and worksheet for the pre schoolers would largely be placed with the class teachers. The school will keep the parents informed about the requisite materials that the child would need to bring from home for a class session through regular communications.

*A parent- teacher meeting will be organized every 2 nd Saturday of the month. It is appreciable that both parents attend the meeting to understand the progress of the child and discuss concerns, if any, with the teachers. The class teachers will share portfolios with the parents during the meeting.

* The performance will be evaluated over an extended period of time to show a child’s progress.

*Parents have to ensure that the child comes to school in simple, comfortable clothing. The child should be properly dressed and should be neat and clean.

*The school has an arrangement with a local transport contractor to pick and drop children from their homes. In case the transport facility is to be availed, please contact the admission office with the duly filled in transportation forms.

*Please provide details of any illness, which needs special attention, to the school authorities. This information will be kept highly confidential.

*A medical record form is attached and parents are requested to provide one emergency contact to the school.

*Parents can opt to pay the fees one time or on a quarterly basis. The transportation fees details would be provided separately, which needs to be deposited on a quarterly basis. In case the fee is paid quarterly, the fee should be deposited by the 5th day of every quarter (April, July, October and January).

*In case a parent wants to opt out of the transportation facility, one month written notice in advance would be required otherwise no refund would be made.

*A late fees of Rs 5 will be levied every day after the due date until the fees is deposited.

*In case of withdrawal of a student a 45 day written notice along with the clearly stated reason, duly signed by the parent.
